GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is an affiliate program?

This type of program consists in a marketing relationship between the Affiliate (you) and a Casino brand, based on your performance. In other words, after a visitor, referred by you, wagers with one of our brands, the Casino pays you a commission.

How do I sign up with the BetMax Affiliate Program?

The sign up process takes only a few minutes and is extremely easy. You just need to fill out the online Affiliate Application form and state that you concur with our Affiliate Agreement.

What cost is there for signing up with the BetMax Affiliate Network?

Joining our program is completely FREE. You just need to sign up, get your exclusive Affiliate ID, choose a payment plan and you can start referring players right away.

Can I join the Affiliate Program if I live outside of North America?

Yes. We welcome affiliates from all over the word. However, restrictions may apply with affiliates from parts of Asia, India , Indonesia and Eastern Europe.

Can I join more than one Affiliate Program?

Yes, you are allowed to join as many programs as you want. There is no limit to how many you can join. However, for optimum results, we do recommend you select programs that suit your audience.

Do I need a website to become a BetMax Affiliate?

Yes. To be part of our Affiliate network, you must have a live Website. Your site must have online gaming as its central theme. If your website is dedicated to a different theme, some exceptions can be made.

Can I create an account and refer myself?

This is not allowed. Affiliate members cannot refer themselves and accumulate earnings. Accounts cannot combine net profits. Affiliates in violation of this rule will result in a termination of your affiliate account and a forfeit of your earnings.

Can my commission be paid into a Casino Account?

No. If you wish to fund a player account, you must withdraw the money and then deposit it into a casino account. Remember though that you can not refer yourself.

How do I change my personal information?

This can be done through our webmaster page, when you log in with your Affiliate ID number and password. To change any of your information, just on the Edit Details button. This will redirect you to a page where you can edit your personal information. The Payee name is marked "read only" due to security reasons.

How can I close my Affiliate account?

You must contact the affiliate manager to close your account. Click here to email the affilaite manager.

MONEY MATTERS

How do I get paid?

You can choose Neteller, Overnight Express, or Wire Transfer. Neteller is highly recommended as your payment option of choice, since it's the fastest method. Once you have earnings over $100, our Accounting Department will contact you on the first days of a payment period to get payment instructions.  If you have provided us with your Neteller account information, the payment would be approved as soon as possible. If you choose Overnight Express or Wire transfer as your payment methods, fees would be deducted from your commissions and the Accounting Department would contact you at the beginning of every payment period to confirm the instructions before processing your payment.

When will I get paid?

Affiliate payments are processed within the first 7 business days of each month. Your commission must exceed $100 to be paid out. If not it will be carried over to the next month. Also, keep in mind that the length of time before you receive your commission payment may vary on the payment method you have chosen to use.

Do you rollover negative commission balances?

Yes. It is the current policy of BetMax that if you have a negative commission balance at the end of the month, it will be carried over to the following month. However, BetMax does reserve the right to reverse this policy on a case by case basis.

What is a chargeback?

A chargeback is what happens when a depositing customer at the Casino requests a refund from their Credit Card issuing-company. Most of the time, the money has already been wagered when the refund is requested. Players that have done this are subsequently banned from the casino. Chargeback can also occur when there has been fraudulent activity.

Are my commissions lost if I don't cash them in specified time period?

No, your commission balances are never cleared.  If you don’t reach the minimum $100 required your earnings would carry over to the next period.  If for some reason you do not provide with payment instructions once you have outstanding balance, earnings would carry over to the next payment period.  However, if you do not respond with payment instructions within 6 months, your account would be closed and any earnings would be voided.

TECHNICAL STUFF

When do cookies expire?

Cookies are written to expire after 90 days.

Do you reward the First Affiliate or Last Affiliate for referring a Customer?

When a customer is referred, the cookies are overwritten to benefit the Last Affiliate.

Can the marketing materials provided by BetMax Affiliates be personalized or changed?

No, this is not allowed. No marketing materials can be changed. An exception is made for textual ads, but you will need our expressed written permission to make the changes.

How often are my statistics updated?

They are updated in real time along with impressions and click-thrus.


Can my current and historical commissions be tracked?

Yes. Your commission stats can be tracked in real-time, at any moment. You just need to log in at our Affiliate Administration Center.
